Program Excellence
Following success of the Makers Like Me pilot program, it expanded across North America.  We are nearing the milestone of hiring 1,000 new Team Members. Throughout 2025, our initiative to support candidates with disabilities will launch across all operations, as we continue to foster an environment where every Team Member thrives.
